专利摘要:
A thread-delivery device is disclosed including a storge body formed by bars disposed in the shape of a polygon. The bars form two axially-spaced sections of approximately equal circumferential length. A cylindrical member having sawtooth-shaped threading grooves is rotated between the bars of the first section. The bottom of the threading grooves is located radially inwardly of lines interconnecting the bars. A ring having a conical face is disposed at the thread entrance opening adjacent to one end of the first section and a sensing device is provided to sense the endmost thread wound on the second section.

专利说明:

The invention relates to filing devices for textile machines.,
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability.
In Fig.1 shows a device for feeding the thread, side view; Fig.2 device in the field of the storage drum, a longitudinal section; in Fig.3 - section aa in Fig.2; figure 4 is a section bB in Fig.Z.
A device containing a storage drum 1 has a base plate 2 on which an electric motor 3 is located. A disk 5 sits on a key 4 of the motor on the key, on the outer edge of which there is an eye 6 of the thread guide. The eye 6 of the thread guide passes into the radial channel 7 of the disk 5, while the radial channel is connected to the Central hole 8 of the shaft 4 of the engine.
On the stepped portion 4 '* of the motor shaft 4, a rotating housing 9 Z is installed, having a hub 10, which, through the inner ring 11 of the rolling bearing 12 and the spacer ring 13, rests on the hub 5' of the disk 5. The nut 5 is tightened onto the hub 5 *, which is screwed on the end external thread 15 of the section 4 'of the shaft 4 of the engine. In this case, the tightening is carried out. Through the washer 16. Thus, the joint rotation of the housing 9 and the winding device, consisting of the eye 6 of the thread guide and the disk 5.
The rotating body 9 has a groove 17 in the form of a screw thread on its lateral surface. In a longitudinal section, the helical groove is made, the yen is sawtooth. Facing the filing location A, the rear face 18 obliquely rises outward to the outlet end and converges to the short thread cavity 19 parallel to the motor shaft 4. Further, the helical groove 17 has a front face 20 that is perpendicular to the motor shaft 4 facing the front of the filament A, and the latter faces the end 21 of the rotating housing 9 facing the filing location A.
The rolling bearing 12 is placed in the hub 22 of the support disk 23, the cup-shaped disk has permanent magnets 24 for its cavity facing the disk 5, which interact with the permanent magnets 26 located in the motor housing 25. Thus, the rotation of the support disk 23 is prevented when the motor shaft 4 rotates. . The support disk 23 is included in the disk 5 and its wall 23 ', covering the ring 27, which is rigidly connected with the wall 23'. Ring. 27 IQ is connected to the eye 6 of the thread guide by a truncated cone-shaped slip section 28 that ends with an end face 29. The front portion 15 20 , z of the front face 20 located at the thread feeding position A is approximately in the same cross section as the end face 29 of the ring 27. From the end face 29 of the ring 27, six longitudinal rods 30 forming a regular polyhedron 2Q extend 30, which pass into the outlet cup 31. A damper ring 32 is connected to it, which sits on the beam 33. The beam 33 is connected to the motor housing 25. The free end 33 * of the beam 33, which is located at an angle, has a peephole 34 of the release of the thread. The rods of the polyhedron extend straight and preferably also 20 parallel to each other from the ring 27 to the outlet end. A photocell 35 is connected to the beam 33 as a contact means. It can move parallel to the longitudinal axis of the storage drum formed by the longitudinal rods 30. It is also possible longitudinal movement of the damper ring 32, which controls the filament.
The front feed face 20 of the rotating body 9 protrudes in a radial direction above a straight line connecting the corners of the polyhedral formed by the longitudinal rods 30. Thus, in each case, located 45 between two adjacent separate longitudinal rods 30, the front feeding face 20 of the thread receiving groove 17 forms the joint surfaces 20 '. The depression 19 5θ of the helical groove 17 is located below this connecting line. Therefore, the cavity 19 directs the thread to the next corner of the polyhedron. At half the length of the cylindrical portion 55 of the rotating housing 9, a small slip step '36 is provided on the outside of the longitudinal rods 30. The next small slip step 3 1456005 on the rods 30 of the polyhedron is located in the region between the end face 21 of the rotating housing 9 and the outlet nozzle 31. These steps practically do not affect the total length of the perimeter of the polygonal storage body. This perimeter in the first section I is equal to the perimeter in the second section II. ed The thread F removed from the supply package enters the hole 8 of the motor shaft 4 and from there through the radial channel 7 reaches the eye 6 of the thread guide of the disk 5. From here, the thread F through the slip section 28 in the form of a truncated cone enters the beginning of the thread receiving groove 17 so that at the place A of the filing of the thread, the front portion 20 does not prevent the entry of the thread F. .. The eye 6 of the thread guide and the rotating body 9 rotate in the direction shown in FIG. 3. Due to the left-hand thread of the groove 17, individual threads of the thread are fed to section I. Extending between the longitudinal rods 30 of the polyhedron of the joint surface 20 'of the front face 20 of the screw groove 17 lead to an uninterrupted supply of layers of thread. When section 1 is filled, the threads of the thread are shifted by the front face 21 of the rotating body 9 tightly to each other to the area of the photocell 35, which turns off the drive of the motor shaft 4. The thread is pulled by the outlet cup 31 and the thread start thread. When the supply of thread is thrown, the photocell 35 includes which leads to the restoration of the stock of winding.
The invention provides a large supply of thread on the drive and feeding them to the machine with greater speed.
